Step by Step Instructions for Making Chicken and Pepperoni Pizza Melts
STEP 1:
To make these grilled chicken pizza melts, I started by heating a skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the skillet was hot I added in three frozen chicken burger patties.
STEP 2:
I flipped the patties around the four minutes mark.
I continued cooking the patties until they reached an internal temperature of 165F.
Then I removed the cooked chicken patties from the skillet.
STEP 3:
I placed the chicken patties on a cutting board and sliced each one into 6 strips.
STEP 4:
I placed 3 high protein tortillas on the counter.
I placed shredded mozzarella cheese down the center of each tortilla.
I placed 6 chicken strips on top of the cheese on each tortilla.
STEP 5:
I spoon pizza sauce over the chicken.
I placed pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
STEP 6:
I sprinkled more shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
I folded up both sides of the tortillas over the filling.
STEP 7:
I heated a very large skillet over medium-low heat.
Once the skillet was hot I placed the wraps, seam side down, in the skillet.
I cooked the wraps until they were well browned on the bottom and then I flipped them.
I continued cooking the wraps until they were nicely browned on both sides and the cheese inside was melted.
I transferred the toasted wraps to a cutting board.
I sliced each wrap in half.
Then the cheesy chicken and pepperoni pizza wraps were ready to serve.

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken patties to the hot skillet. Cook the chicken burgers for about six minutes and then flip to cook the other side. Continue cooking until the patties have reached an internal temperature of at least 165F.
- Remove the chicken patties from the skillet and transfer them to a cutting board. Cut each patty into 6 strips.
- Lay out the 3 tortillas and divide half of the shredded mozzarella evenly between the 3 tortillas sprinkling it down the center of each.
- Place 6 strips of chicken on top of the cheese on each tortillas.
- Spoon the pizza sauce over the chicken.
- Place 6 pieces of pepperoni on top of the sauce on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella on top.
- Fold up the sides of the tortillas to cover the filling.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Place the wraps, seam side down, in the skillet.
- Cook the wraps until they are well browned and then flip them to brown the other side.
- Continue cooking the wraps until they are well browned on both sides and the cheese is melted. I cooked mine for about 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the wraps to a cutting board and slice in half desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
