Chicken Fajita Chip Dip

Share

This Warm Chicken Fajita Chip Dip is a super simple recipe that’s perfect for your next party. Using leftover chicken and other basic ingredients you can whip up an awesome dip in no time.

With the Super Bowl coming up everyone is looking for new dip recipes. Dips are my go to party food.

I have been experimenting with some different dips cause they are my favourite party foods. Everyone loves chips and dip.

I had some leftover chicken in the fridge and was looking for a way to use it up.

I decided to make a baked chip dip because I tend to always make cold dips and wanted to change it up.

I love fajita seasoning so this became a fajita flavoured dip.

I started by dumping some shredded chicken, onions, green peppers, salsa, mayo, ranch dressing, fajita seasoning and grated cheese all in a blender.

I pulsed the ingredients until the mixture was smooth and then poured it in a baking dish.

I baked the fajita dip in the oven for about 25 minutes until it was bubbling and the top was starting to brown.

Allow the dip to cool for a few minutes before serving but don’t wait too long as it’s best warm.

This dip is best served with tortilla chips but potato chips would work as well.

With this dip you get all the flavours of chicken fajitas on a chip. The green peppers give it a little kick and the melted cheese pulls apart as you scoop it.

Next time you need an easy party dip pull out this recipe. It takes very little prep time and is so easy to make.

This is a great snack for the Super Bowl.
