If you are looking for a fun new breakfast recipe to impress your kids here it is!

I love French toast and we always have Fruit Loops in the house so I was trying to come up with a way to combine the two.

It seemed like sticking Fruit Loops on regular French toast would just result in a huge mess.

That is when I spotted my muffin tins.

Making mini French toast cups with Fruit Loops baked on top seemed like the perfect solution.

To make this muffin tin French toast I started by dicing some bread so that it would fit in the muffin tins.

Then the bread was tossed in a milk and egg mixture and seasoned with cinnamon before being spooned into the muffin tins.

Then comes the best part.

The French toast is topped with Fruit Loops.

I pressed them down a bit so that they would stick well.

Then the French toast cups were baked in the oven.

After baking I allowed them to cool for a few minutes before popping them out of the pan.

If you try to pop them out right away they will not hold together as well.

Then I topped my French toast cups with syrup and powdered sugar before serving.

I am so happy with how these turned out.

My daughter was thrilled.

I love the crunch of the Fruit Loops mixed with the moist French Toast.

And the combination of the cinnamon with the fruitiness of the cereal is amazing!

These Fruit Loop French Toast Cups are super easy to make and they look so cute.

They make a perfect weekend breakfast and your kids will love them.

Make sure you try this out!
