Casserole Gal

My husband and three kids who will eat anything without complaint (lucky me!)...devoured this!
He is of Polish and Ukrainian descent (I am not)...so I was a little hesitant to "mess with" a typical boiled pierogies, sautéed kielbasa with onions, and cole slaw meal that I would usually make.
Not sorry I gave this delicious casserole a try...it was a hit with the whole family - a different and fun way to change up "Pierogie Night"...and was added to the list of family favorites rotation! 😋
