FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I make Biscuit Pizza Bites ahead of time?
- Yes! You can assemble them a few hours in advance, cover the baking sheet, and refrigerate until you’re ready to bake.
Can I use regular-sized pepperoni?
- You can. Just chop larger pepperoni slices into smaller pieces so they’re evenly distributed over the biscuit bites.
How do I store leftovers?
- Store any leftover pizza bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
What’s the best way to reheat them?
- Reheat them in a 350°F oven or air fryer for 4–6 minutes until hot and crispy. The microwave works too, but the biscuits won’t stay as crisp.
Why do I flatten the biscuit pieces before baking?
- Flattening the biscuit dough creates more surface area for the cheese and pepperoni, helping every bite get plenty of toppings while baking more evenly.
