Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a different type of pasta?
- Absolutely. If you don't have lasagna sheets, try mafaldine, bow ties, rotini, penne, or another short pasta. Cooking time may vary depending on the pasta you choose.
How do I store leftover Lasagna Soup?
- Allow the soup to cool before transferring it to an airtight container. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
Why did my Lasagna Soup get so thick in the fridge?
- The noodles continue soaking up the broth while the soup is stored, so leftovers naturally become thicker. Add a splash of chicken broth when reheating to loosen the soup to your desired consistency.
