After 20 minutes I removed the baking sheet from the oven and spread BBQ sauce over the meatloaf.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I make Sheet Pan BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf ahead of time?
- Yes! You can mix the meat mixture and spread it onto the sheet pan up to 24 hours in advance. Cover and refrigerate, then bake and add the toppings when you’re ready to serve.
Do I need to cook the bacon first?
- Yes. Since the bacon is only in the oven for the final few minutes, using precooked bacon ensures it’s crispy by the time the cheese melts.
How should I store leftovers?
- Store leftover meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
