Step by Step Instructions
STEP 1:
I dumped some lean ground beef into a large mixing bowl and added 2 eggs to the bowl.

STEP 2:
I added some milk, Italian seasoned bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese to the bowl.

STEP 3:
I also added chopped garlic, minced onion, salt and pepper to the bowl.

STEP 4:
I mixed all of the ingredients together until well combined.

STEP 5:
I sprayed an 11 x 17 inch baking sheet well with cooking spray.
I dropped the meat mixture on to the baking sheet.

STEP 6:
I placed a piece of parchment paper on top of the meat and used a rolling pin to roll it out evenly on the baking sheet.
I left a gap between the meat and the rim of the pan all the way around to leave room for any grease to run off.

STEP 6:
I placed the baking sheet in the oven and baked the meatloaf for 20 minutes.

STEP 7:
After 20 minutes I removed the baking sheet from the oven and spread pizza sauce on top.

STEP 8:
I sprinkled shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatloaf followed by pepperoni slices.

STEP 9:
I returned the baking sheet to the oven and continued baking to melt the cheese and crisp up the pepperoni.

STEP 10:
Then the sheet pan meatloaf was ready to slice and serve.

Every bite is packed with the comforting flavor of classic meatloaf combined with all the cheesy, saucy goodness of your favorite pepperoni pizza.

The crispy edges, melty mozzarella, and savory beef make this an irresistible dinner that’s guaranteed to have everyone coming back for seconds.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I use ground turkey instead of ground beef?
- Yes! Ground turkey works well in this recipe. Just keep in mind that turkey is leaner than beef, so the finished meatloaf may not be quite as juicy.
How do I know when the meatloaf is done?
- The meatloaf is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Use a meat thermometer inserted into the center for the most accurate reading.
How should I store leftovers?
- Store leftover pizza meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Can I freeze Sheet Pan Pizza Meatloaf?
- Yes. Allow it to cool completely, then wrap portions tightly and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
