FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I grill the burger patties instead?
- Yes! Grill the patties until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F, then assemble the burgers and finish them in the oven to melt the cheese.
Why are the burgers baked on a wire rack?
- Baking them on a wire rack allows excess grease to drip away while the hot air circulates around the patties, helping them cook evenly without sitting in rendered fat.
