STEP 1:

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the pancake mix, according to box directions.
- Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Add the pancake mix to the muffin tin, filling about ¾ full.
- Add your add-ins to your pancakes- we did a few mini chocolate chips, or 2 blueberries, or a pinch of sprinkles.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
