What type of chips work best?

  • Kettle cooked potato chips are the best choice because they’re thick, sturdy, and hold up well under the toppings without getting soggy too quickly.

Can I use tortilla chips instead?

  • Yes! Tortilla chips work well if you prefer a more traditional nacho base, but potato chips give these nachos that signature cheeseburger-and-fries flavor.
