- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper

- 2 x 10 oz cans red enchilada sauce
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Step by Step Instructions
STEP 1:
I dropped some ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat and broke it apart.


STEP 2:
I added diced onions to the skillet and continued cooking until the ground beef was fully browned.

I added salt, pepper, chopped garlic and smoked paprika to the skillet, stirred well and continued cooking for a couple minutes.

STEP 5:
I poured a can of enchilada sauce evenly over the ingredients in the baking dish and then sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on top.


STEP 6:
I placed another layer of tortilla chips on top and then spooned the remaining ground beef over the chips.


STEP 7:
I poured another can of red enchilada sauce over all of the ingredients in the dish and then sprinkled more shredded cheddar cheese on top.


STEP 8:
I placed the baking dish in the oven and bake the lazy enchiladas until the dish was bubbling.


STEP 9:
I removed the baking dish from the oven and allowed the enchiladas to rest for a few minutes before scooping and serving.

- 1 lb ground beef

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
