- 1 box Reese's brownie mix

Step By Step Instructions
STEP 1:
I sprayed a muffin tin well with cooking spray and opened a package a of Pillsbury Reese's peanut butter cookie dough.
I placed a piece of cookie dough into each well of the muffin tin.


STEP 2:
I pressed the cookie dough out to cover the bottom of the muffin wells and then placed peanut butter cups on top.


STEP 3:
I poured a box of Reese's brownie mix into a bowl and added vegetable oil, water and an egg.
I stirred the ingredients together until well combined.


STEP 4:
I scooped about 2 and a half tablespoons of brownie batter into each muffin cup.


STEP 5:
I placed the muffin pan in the oven and baked the brookies until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownie came up clean.


STEP 6:
I allowed the brookies to cool for a few minutes and then placed a pieces of Reese's peanut butter bar on top of each one.
I allowed the brookies to cool almost completely before gently removing them from the pan.

- 12 pieces Pillsbury peanut butter cookie dough
- 12 Reese's peanut butter cups
- 1 box Reese's brownie mix
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons water

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spray a muffin tin well with cooking spray. I like to use a silicone pan to make it easy to pop out the brookies.
- Place one piece of peanut butter cookie dough in each muffin well and press them out to cover the bottom.
- Place the peanut butter cups on top of the cookie dough.
- Combine the brownie mix, oil, water and eggs until a smooth batter forms.
- Scoop about 2 and a half tablespoons of batter into each muffin well.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownie comes up clean. 20 - 23 minutes.
- Remove the muffin tin from the oven and allow the brookies to cool for a few minutes.
- Place one piece of Reese's peanut butter bar on top of each brookie and press down gently.
- Allow the brookies to finish cooling and then carefully remove them from the pan.
