  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

  • 12 mini croissants
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cocktail wieners
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled bacon
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Slit all of the croissants down the middle of the top.
  3. Brush a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with the melted butter.
  4. Place the croissants in a single layer in the baking dish.
  5. Stuff 1 cup of the shredded cheese into the slits of the croissants.
  6. Place one cocktail wiener into the slit of each croissant.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese on top of the hot dogs.
  8. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.
  9. Drizzle the BBQ sauce over the hot dogs.
  10. Sprinkle the chopped chives on top.
  11. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
