Ingredients
- 12 mini croissants
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 cocktail wieners
- 2 tablespoons crumbled bacon
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup chopped chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Slit all of the croissants down the middle of the top.
- Brush a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with the melted butter.
- Place the croissants in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Stuff 1 cup of the shredded cheese into the slits of the croissants.
- Place one cocktail wiener into the slit of each croissant.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese on top of the hot dogs.
