To make this mac and cheese, I started by cooking 1 lb of frozen popcorn chicken according to the directions on the package.
Then I poured some water and heavy cream into a large pot.
I brought the water and cream to a boil.
Then I added some macaroni noodles to the pot.
I stirred until all of the noodles were submerged in the liquid.
Then I placed a lid on the pot and reduced the heat to medium-low.
I left the macaroni to cook, stirring occasionally, for eight minutes.
After eight minutes, I removed the lid from the pot and stirred well.
Then I added some condensed cheddar cheese soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pot.
I stirred until all of the ingredients were fully combined.
Then I added some shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the pot.
I stirred well again.
Then I dumped the macaroni and cheese into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Then I sprinkled the cooked popcorn chicken on top of the macaroni.
I spooned some marinara sauce over the chicken.
Then I sprinkled some mozzarella cheese on top.
I placed the dish in the oven and baked the macaroni until the cheese on top was completely melted and just starting to brown.
Then I removed the dish from the oven and served the mac and cheese immediately.

- Leave the macaroni to cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes, remove the lid and stir well.
- Add the condensed cheddar cheese soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pot. Stir well.
- Add 2 cups of the shredded mozzarella and all of the shredded Parmesan cheese to the pot. Stir well.
