To make this chicken and gravy, I started by spraying the inside of my Crock Pot with cooking spray.
I dumped some diced yellow onions into the bottom of the pot.
I placed some boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a single layer on top of the diced onions.
Then I dumped some condensed cream of chicken soup into a mixing bowl.
I added two packets of chicken gravy mix, water, ground sage, pepper and parsley flakes to the bowl.
I whisked all of the ingredients together well.
Then I poured the mixture over the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
I placed the on the Crock Pot and set it to cook on LOW.
I left the chicken breasts and gravy to cook for 5 hours.
After 5 hours of cooking time, I removed the lid and stirred the chicken and gravy well.
I broke the chicken breasts apart as I stirred.
Then the chicken and gravy was ready to serve.
I spooned my chicken and gravy over some mashed potatoes.
