To make this slow cooker beef and noodles, I started by dumping two pounds of lean ground beef into a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
I added some diced yellow onions to the pan with the ground beef while it was cooking.
I crumbled the ground beef well as it cooked.
When the ground beef was fully cooked I drained the grease from the pan.
Then I dumped the cooked ground beef and onions into my crock pot.
I added some beef broth, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and ground mustard to the pot.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
Then I set the crock pot on High.
After 2 hours of cooking time, I removed the lid and stirred the contents well.
I added two cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup to the pot.
I stirred well again.
Then I added some uncooked egg noodles to the pot.
I gently pushed the egg noodles around until they were mostly submerged in the liquid.
Then I left the dish to continue cooking on High for another 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes the noodles were tender.
I stirred the contents of the crock pot well one last time.
Then the ground beef and noodles were ready to serve.

- Gently push the noodles around until they are all submerged in the liquid.
- Return the lid to the pot and cook on High for an additional 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes the noodles should be tender. If they are not continue cooking until they are.
- Once the noodles are tender, stir well one more time.
