To make these pork chops, I started by spraying the inside of my Crock Pot with cooking spray.
Then I dumped some diced onions into the bottom of the pot and spread them out evenly.
I dumped some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder into a small bowl.
I stirred all of the spices together.
I lay some bone in pork chops out in a single layer.
I used the spice mixture to season the pork chops on both sides.
Then I placed the pork chops in the slow cooker.
They were overlapping slightly.
I dumped two cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup into a large mixing bowl.
Then I added a packet of pork gravy mix and some low sodium chicken broth to the bowl.
I whisked all of the ingredients together well.
Then I poured the mixture over the pork chops in the Crock Pot.
I placed the lid on the Crock Pot and set it to cook on low.
After 4 hours of cooking on low I used a meat thermometer to check that my pork chops were cooked to at least 145F.
Then I removed the pork chops from the pot very gently and set them on a plate.
I whisked the sauce mixture in the Crock Pot well.
Then the pork chops and gravy were ready to serve.
These slow cooker pork chops are so tender you won’t even need a knife.
The creamy mushroom gravy adds tons of flavour to these pork chops.
