I cooked the chicken, stirring occasionally, until the Instant Pot turned off.
When the Instant Pot turned off the chicken was still slightly pink.
I added some condensed chicken broth and water to the pot with the chicken.
Then I broke some spaghetti noodles in half and placed them on top, spreading them out as evenly as possible.
I poured some condensed cream of chicken soup on top of the spaghetti.
Then I dumped some salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder on top of the cream of chicken soup.
I placed the lid on the Instant Pot, turned the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 2 minutes.
Once the Instant Pot was done cooking, I immediately turned the steam release handle to the venting position and did a quick release.

I placed some crunchy Cheetos in a Ziploc bag.
I used my hands to crumble up the Cheetos slightly.
