To make these Instant Pot meatballs and cocktail wieners, I started by dumping a cup and a half of water into my Instant Pot.
Then I added some refrigerated cocktail wieners to the pot and spread them out evenly.
I dumped some frozen Italian style meatballs on top of the wieners.
Then I poured in some Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, cherry pie filling and Thai sweet chili sauce.
I placed the lid on the Instant Pot, turned the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 1 minute.
When the Instant Pot was done cooking, I immediately turned the steam release handle to the venting position and performed a quick release.
I removed the lid from the Instant Pot and stirred the contents well.
Then I set the Instant Pot to Saute Less for 5 minutes.
I left the wieners and meatballs to continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the Instant Pot turned off.
Then they were ready to serve.
The Thai chili sauce gives these meatballs and cocktail wieners a bit of a kick but they are not overly spicy.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 lb cocktail wieners
- 1.5 lbs frozen Italian style meatballs
- 18 oz Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce
- 21 oz cherry pie filling
- 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Pour the water into the Instant Pot.
- Add the cocktail wieners to the pot and spread them out evenly.
- Dump the meatballs on top of the wieners.
- Pour the BBQ sauce, cherry pie filling and Thai sweet chili sauce on top of the meatballs.
- Place the lid on the Instant Pot, turn the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 1 minute.
- When the Instant Pot is done cooking, immediately turn the steam release handle to the venting position and perform a quick release.
- Remove the lid and stir the contents well.
- Set the Instant Pot to Saute Less for 5 minutes.
- Leave the wieners and meatballs to continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the Instant Pot turns off.
- Serve and enjoy!
