To make this jalapeno popper grilled cheese, I started by dumping some cream cheese spread into a medium mixing bowl.

Then I added some shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.

I stirred the cream cheese and shredded cheese together well.

Then I added some sour cream and garlic powder to the bowl.

I stirred well again.

Then I added some pickled jalapeno slices to the bowl.

I stirred until the jalapeno slices were evenly distributed throughout the cheese mixture.

Then I spread butter on four slices of bread.

I flipped over two of the slices of bread so that they were butter side down.

I divided the cheese mixture evenly between these two slices of bread and spread it out.

Then I placed the remaining slices of bread, butter side up, on top of the cheese mixture to form two sandwiches.

I placed the sandwiches in a saute pan over low heat.

Once the bottom slices of bread were golden brown, I flipped the sandwiches over to cook the other side.

Once both sides of the sandwiches were golden brown, I removed the pan from the heat.

Then the spicy grilled cheese sandwiches were ready to serve.
