To make this one pot spaghetti, I started by pouring some water into a large pot on the stove and bringing it to a boil.
Once the water was boiling, I broke 1 lb of spaghetti noodles in half and added them to the pot.
I spread out the spaghetti noodles so that they were all submerged in the water.
Then I place a lid on the pot and reduced the heat to medium.
I left the spaghetti to cook, stirring occasionally, for ten minutes.
After ten minutes, I stirred the spaghetti really well.
Then I added two cans of condensed cream of chicken soup to the pot.
I stirred until all of the spaghetti noodles were coated in the soup.
Then I added some garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pot.
I stirred well and then added some chopped chives to the pot.
I stirred well again.
Then the chicken spaghetti was ready to serve.

Ingredients You’ll Need to Make This One Pot Chicken Spaghetti:
- 4 cups water
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 21 oz condensed cream of chicken soup (2 cans)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
How to Make One Pot Chicken Spaghetti:
- Dump the water into a large pot on the stove and bring to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, break the spaghetti noodles in half and add them to the pot.
- Spread the noodles out so that they are all submerged in water.
- Place a lid on the pot and reduce the heat to medium.
- Leave the spaghetti to cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, stir the spaghetti well.
- Add the cream of chicken soup to the pot.
- Stir until all of the spaghetti is coated in the soup.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pot and stir well.
- Add the chopped chives to the pot and stir well again.

I thought it came out delicious. Next time I would strain the spaghetti before I add the cream of chicken soup, as I thought the additional spaghetti water made is a tad too runny. I also added leftover braised pork shank with white beans. It was very, very good.
