I also added some white Minute rice to the pan.

I stirred until all of the rice was submerged in the liquid.

I cooked the rice until it absorbed all of the liquid from the pan.

Then I added some heavy cream to the pan and reduced the heat to medium-low.

I stirred the heavy cream and rice together well.

Then I added some garlic powder, salt and pepper to the pan.

I stirred well again.

I added some shredded Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes to the pan.

I stirred until the cheese was melted.
