I absolutely love chocolate and peanut butter.
Most of the dessert recipes on this blog involve those two ingredients and today I’m adding another one.
This recipe is a little different though, because it only makes one serving.
This Peanut Butter Chocolate Mug Cake is perfect for when you have a craving for something sweet but don’t trust yourself around an entire cake or whole batch of cookies.
If you are looking for the perfect late night snack, here it is!
I started by combing peanut butter, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla, milk and an egg in a large coffee mug.
I stirred the ingredients until the mixture had a nice creamy consistency with no lumps.
Then I placed the chocolate chips on the top and microwaved it on high for one minute.
I chose to make a flourless cake because I wanted it to be moist and gooey.
The result is a moist peanut butter cake filled with delicious melted chocolate.
Eat it while it’s warm to enjoy all it’s ooey gooeyness!
Save this recipe for when you are craving an easy chocolate peanut butter dessert you can throw together in just minutes.
