Ingredients You’ll Need
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- ¾ cup caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
- ⅓ cup croutons, crumbled
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 brioche buns
- salt and pepper to taste

STEP 1:
I added shredded romaine, Caesar dressing, grated parmesan and crumbled croutons to a mixing bowl and tossed them until well combined.
I set the bowl aside.


STEP 2:
I heated a large skillet over medium-high heat and placed 4 strips of bacon in the skillet.
I cooked the bacon strips until they were crispy and then transferred them to a paper towel lined plate.

I divided a pound of ground chicken into 4 equal balls.
I added the balls to the hot skillet and used a burger press to flatten them into thin patties.

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- ¾ cup caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
- ⅓ cup croutons, crumbled
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese

- 2 brioche buns

Instructions
- Divide the chicken into 4 equal portions and form them into balls.
- Pour the shredded romaine, ¼ cup of the caesar dressing, the parmesan and crumbled croutons to a mixing bowl. Toss until well combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the bacon slices to the skillet and cook until crispy.
- Transfer the cooked bacon slices to a paper towel lined plate.
- Add the 4 balls of ground chicken to the hot skillet.
- Use a burger press or spatula to flatten the balls into thin burger patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until browned and crispy on the bottom. About 3 minutes.
