To make this corn dip, I started by dumping some softened cream cheese into a large mixing bowl.

I also added some chopped, cooked bacon to the bowl.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well.

Then I added some shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese to the bowl.

I stirred well again.

I dumped the mixture into a 10 inch cast iron skillet and spread it out evenly.

I sprinkled some shredded cheddar cheese on top.

I baked the dip until it was bubbling and the cheese on top was fully melted.

I removed the dish from the oven.

Ingredients You’ll Need to Make This Cracked Out Corn Dip:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Cracked Out Corn Dip:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  3. Cream the ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add the thawed corn to the bowl.
  5. Set aside 1/4 cup of the chopped bacon and add the rest to the bowl.
  6. Add the chopped green onions to the bowl.
  7. Stir all of the ingredients together well.
  8. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese to the bowl and stir well again.
  9. Spread the mixture out evenly in a 10 inch cast iron skillet or in a baking dish.
  10. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions and the reserved 1/4 cup of bacon on top.
  11. Place the dish in the oven and bake until the dip is bubbling and the cheese on top is completely melted. 25 – 30 minutes.
