To make this Buffalo chicken dip, I started by dumping some cooked and shredded chicken into the bottom of my Crock Pot.

Then I dumped some Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on top of the shredded chicken.

I cut a brick of cream cheese into cubes and added them to the Crock Pot.

Then I added some shredded Mexican cheese blend and some shredded parmesan cheese to the pot.

I stirred all of the ingredients together.

Then I placed the lid on the Crock Pot and set it to cook on High for an hour and a half.

I removed the lid and stirred the contents every thirty minutes.

After an hour and a half of cooking time I removed the lid and stirred well.

Then I added some more shredded Mexican cheese blend and some chopped green onions to the the pot.

I stirred well again.

Then the Buffalo dip was ready to serve.

Ingredients You’ll Need To Make This Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip:

  • 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1 cup chopped green onions

How to Make Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip:

  1. Dump the shredded chicken into the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  2. Pour the Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on top of the chicken.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and add them to the pot.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cups of the shredded Mexican cheese blend to the pot.
  5. Add the shredded Parmesan cheese to the pot.
  6. Stir all of the ingredients together.
  7. Place the lid on the Crock Pot and set it to cook on High for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the lid and stir the dip every 30 minutes.
  9. After 1 hour and 30 minutes remove the lid and stir the dip well.
  10. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend and the chopped green onions to the pot.
  11. Stir well.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
