To make this Buffalo chicken dip, I started by dumping some cooked and shredded chicken into the bottom of my Crock Pot.
Then I dumped some Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on top of the shredded chicken.
I cut a brick of cream cheese into cubes and added them to the Crock Pot.
Then I added some shredded Mexican cheese blend and some shredded parmesan cheese to the pot.
I stirred all of the ingredients together.
Then I placed the lid on the Crock Pot and set it to cook on High for an hour and a half.
I removed the lid and stirred the contents every thirty minutes.
After an hour and a half of cooking time I removed the lid and stirred well.
Then I added some more shredded Mexican cheese blend and some chopped green onions to the the pot.
