  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Creamy Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

How to Make Firecracker Meatballs:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a large baking dish.
