Monster Cookies are an easy no flour cookie recipe perfect for peanut butter lovers.
These chewy peanut butter oatmeal cookies are loaded with M&M’s.

To make these monster cookies, I started by dumping some peanut butter, softened butter, eggs, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl.
I used an electric mixer to cream the ingredients together until smooth.
Then I added some quick oats, baking powder and salt to the bowl.
I continued mixing with the electric mixer until all of the ingredients were fully combined.
Then I added some regular M&M’s and mini M&M’s to the bowl.
I used a rubber spatula to stir the M&M’s into the cookie dough.
Then I rolled the cookie dough into balls approximately one inch in diameter and dropped them onto a non stick baking sheet.
I baked the cookies until they were golden brown around the edges.
I allowed the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before using a spatula to transfer them to some parchment paper on the counter to finish cooling off.
These tasty no flour monster cookies are a fun treat kids and adults will both love.
