STEP 1:

- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Heat the olive oil in an oven safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced green peppers to the skillet. Stir well and cook until the onions are translucent.
- Add the diced roast beef to the skillet. Stir well and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped garlic and Montreal steak spice. Stir well and continue cooking until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the Laughing Cow cheese to the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted. Remove the skillet from the heat.
- Pour the cottage cheese into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add the blended cottage cheese to the skillet and stir well.
- Add 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese to the skillet and stir.
- Spread the mixture in the skillet out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
