To make this shepherd’s pie, I started by dumping two cans of cream of chicken soup into a large mixing bowl.
I added some turkey gravy mix, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to the bowl.
I whisked the ingredients together well.
Then I added some shredded turkey to the bowl.
I added some frozen corn to the bowl.
I also added some whole cranberry sauce to the bowl.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
Then I added some Stove Top turkey flavoured stuffing mix to the bowl.
I stirred well again.
I sprayed a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
I dumped the turkey mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly.
I prepared a package of butter and herb flavoured instant mashed potatoes.
Then I spread the mashed potatoes on top of the turkey mixture in the baking dish.
I placed the dish in the oven and baked the shepherd’s pie until the mashed potatoes were browning on top.
Then I removed the dish from the oven and allowed it to sit for a few minutes.
Then the shepherd’s pie was ready to scoop and serve.
