To make this turkey tetrazzini, I started by cooking, draining and rinsing some spaghetti.
I dumped two cans of condensed cream of chicken soup into a large mixing bowl along with some Philadelphia whipped chive cream cheese.
I also added some salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the bowl.
I used an electric mixer to combine the ingredients until smooth.
I added the cooked spaghetti to the bowl.
I stirred until the spaghetti was well coated in the soup and cream cheese mixture.
Then I added some cooked shredded turkey and some shredded Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
I stirred again.
Then I dumped the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Then I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top along with some chopped chives.
I covered the dish with aluminum foil and placed it in the oven to bake.
After eighteen minutes, I removed the foil and left the dish to continue baking uncovered for eight minutes.
Then I removed the dish from the oven and allowed it to sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
This cheesy pasta dish is a tasty way to use up your Thanksgiving turkey if you are getting tired of soup and sandwiches.
