Step by Step Instructions for Making Big Mac Sloppy Joes

 STEP 1:

To make these sloppy joes, I started by cooking some lean ground beef in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

I crumbled the ground beef really well as it was cooking.

 STEP 2:

Once the ground beef was done cooking I drained the excess grease from the pan.

Then I reduced the heat to medium and added some mayo, Thousand Islands dressing, salt, and pepper to the pan.

I stirred all of the ingredients together and then added some diced pickles and diced onions to the pan.

 STEP 3:

I stirred well again and reduced the heat to low.

Then I opened up four hamburger buns, lay them on a baking sheet and toasted them in the oven.

If you don’t feel like turning on your oven just to toast buns, you could either toast them in a toaster oven or just warm them up in the microwave.

Once the buns were toasted I added some shredded cheddar cheese to the ground beef mixture and stirred it in.

 STEP 4:

Then I spooned the ground beef mixture onto the bottom buns and sprinkled some shredded lettuce over the beef before placing the top buns on.
