To make this mug brownie, I started by dumping some all purpose flour, light brown sugar and granulated sugar into a 12 ounce mug.
I also added some cocoa powder and salt to the mug.
I stirred all of the dry ingredients together well.
Then I added some milk and melted butter to the mug.
I stirred until a smooth batter formed.
Then I sprinkled some semi sweet chocolate chips on top.
I have also made this recipe with mini M&M’s sprinkled on top.
I placed the mug in the microwave and heated it on high for one minute and thirty seconds.
This is the perfect cooking time for my 1000 watt microwave.
Cooking times may vary depending on the microwave.
I allowed the brownie to cool for a few minutes.
I like to sprinkle mini dehydrated marshmallows on my mug brownie.
This chewy, fudgy brownie is a decadent treat.
