To make this chicken alfredo, I started by cooking some bowtie pasta according to the directions on the package.
Then I drained the pasta well.
While the pasta was cooking, I cut some boneless, skinless chicken breasts into one inch chunks.
Then I heated a large skillet over medium-high heat.
I added some butter to the skillet.
Once the butter was melted, I added some garlic puree to the skillet.
I stirred the butter and garlic puree together well.
Then I added the chicken breast chunks to the skillet.
I sprinkled some Italian seasoning on the chicken breast chunks.
I left the chicken breast chunks to cook, stirring and flipping occasionally, until they were nicely browned on both sides.
Then I added some heavy cream to the skillet.
I also added some salt and pepper.
I stirred well.
I brought the liquid to a boil and let it continue to boil and thicken for a few minutes.
Then I added some baby spinach to the skillet.
I stirred well and continued cooking for a couple minutes, until the spinach was wilted.
Then I added the cooked bowtie noodles to the skillet.
I stirred until the noodles were coated in sauce.
Then I added some shredded parmesan cheese to the skillet.
I stirred well and then removed the skillet from the heat.
I sprinkled some parsley flakes on top right before serving.
This creamy chicken pasta is the perfect comfort food.

I am especially fond of the item Chicken Spinach Alfredo pasta and I wish to cook it with cow ghee instead of butter. I love the ghee's flavor and for high-temperature cooking like baking, ghee is always a better version. Ghee is lactose-free, which is a double advantage for me as I am lactose allergic. I liked the taste of pasta, you may also try it replacing butter. https://milkio.co.nz/cow-ghee/
