To make this baked spaghetti, I started by cooking some spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
Then I drained the spaghetti and set it aside.
I dumped some condensed cream of chicken soup and sour cream into a large mixing bowl.
I added some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl.
Then I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
I added the cooked spaghetti to the mixing bowl.
Then I stirred the spaghetti until it was all coated in the sauce.
I added some shredded rotisserie chicken to the bowl.
Then I stirred the chicken into the spaghetti and sauce mixture.
I added some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, Rotel and chopped green onions to the bowl.
I stirred until all of the ingredients were well combined.
Then I dumped the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
I sprinkled some more shredded cheese on top of the spaghetti.
Then I placed the baking dish in the oven and baked the spaghetti until it was bubbling and the cheese was starting to brown around the edges.
I removed the dish from the oven and left the spaghetti to sit for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
This cheesy chicken spaghetti is packed with flavour.
I used mild Rotel for this recipe but if you prefer a bit more of kick you can use original.

- 10 oz spaghetti, uncooked
- 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
- 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
How to Make Chicken Spaghetti with Rotel:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
- Drain and set aside.
- Dump the condensed cream of chicken soup and sour cream into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl.
- Stir all of the ingredients together well.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl.
- Stir until all of the spaghetti is coated in the soup mixture.
- Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and stir well again.
- Add 2 cups of the shredded cheese, Rotel and chopped green onions to the bowl.
- Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
- Dump the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top of the spaghetti.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake until the spaghetti is bubbling and cheese is starting to brown around the edges. 27-30 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and leave it to sit for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
