Ingredients You’ll Need to Make This Cream Cheese Caramel Apple Dip:

  • 8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 14 ounces caramel sauce – didn’t use ¼ of the jar
  • ½ cup toffee pieces
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • 3 red apples, sliced
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, sliced
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, sliced
  • Squeeze from one lemon

How to Make This Cream Cheese Caramel Apple Dip:

  1. Place the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt into a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Mix with a fork until creamy.
  3. Place the cream cheese mixture onto a baking dish, large plate or charcuterie board.
  4. Top with the caramel sauce.
  5. Top the caramel with the toffee, walnuts, and pecans.
  6. Wash your apples and dry them with a clean kitchen cloth.
  7. Cut each apple in half. Cut each half again and remove the core. Cut each slice again. You will have 8 slices.
  8. Place the apples in a bowl with lemon juice. With a spoon mix so the apples are fully coated. This will prevent the apples from going brown.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

You will cover the dish with saran wrap and place it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Remove the dish from the refrigerator an hour before serving so the cream cheese is soft.
