To make this creamy slow cooker chicken, I started by cutting some boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.

I placed the chicken pieces in the bottom of my Crock Pot.

I added some diced onions, diced red and green bell peppers, sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the pot.

I placed small squares of butter on top of the ingredients in the pot.

I poured some cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well.

I poured the creamy soup mixture over the ingredients in the Crock Pot.

Then I placed the lid on the pot and set it to cook on LOW.

After about three and a half hours I removed the lid.

I added some frozen peas, carrots and diced pimentos to the pot.

I stirred well.
