To make this hamburger helper, I started by dropping some lean ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat.

I also added some ketchup, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder and garlic powder to the pot.

I poured some beef broth into the pot.

I also added some milk.

I stirred all of the ingredients in the slow cooker together well.

I placed the lid on the Crock Pot and set it to cook on HIGH.

I left the mixture to cook for 3 hours.

After 3 hours I removed the lid from the pot.

I added some uncooked macaroni noodles to the pot.

I stirred until all of the noodles were submerged in liquid.

I returned the lid to the pot and continued cooking on HIGH until the noodles were tender, which took about 15 minutes.

I removed the lid and turned off the Crock Pot.

I added some shredded cheddar cheese to the pot.
