Then I used a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked ground beef and onions to the Crock Pot while leaving the grease behind in the skillet.

I used a mandoline to thinly slice some russet potatoes.

I added the potato slices to the slow cooker.

I added a can of cheddar soup and a can of cream of mushroom soup to the pot.
