To make this Crock Pot dip, I started by roughly chopping some fresh baby spinach.
I sprayed the inside of my 6 quart Crock Pot with cooking spray.
Then I dumped the chopped spinach into the Crock Pot.
I also chopped up some canned quartered artichoke heart.
I added the chopped artichokes to the pot with the spinach.
I also added a brick of cream cheese to the pot.
I dumped some sour cream on top of the cream cheese.
Then I added some shredded mozzarella and shredded Parmesan to the pot.
I also added some garlic puree, dried minced onions, salt and pepper.
Then I placed the lid on the slow cooker and set it to cook on High for an hour and a half.
After one hour of cooking time I removed the lid.
I stirred the contents well being sure to beak up any remaining chunks of cream cheese.
Then I returned the lid to the pot and left it to continue cooking for the remaining thirty minutes.
After thirty minutes I removed the lid and stirred the dip well again.
Then the cheesy spinach dip was ready to serve.
This spinach dip can be served with chips, crackers or bread.
