To make this teriyaki chicken I started by pouring some salt, pepper, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger powder and garlic powder into a mixing bowl.
I whisked the ingredients together well.
I placed some boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the bottom of a Crock Pot.
Then I poured the sauce mixture over the chicken.
I placed the lid on the Crock Pot and cooked the chicken on LOW for eight hours.
After eight hours of cooking time I removed the lid.
Then I transferred the cooked chicken breasts to a cutting board.
I used two forks to the shred the chicken.
I returned the chicken to the pot and stirred it well with the sauce.
I topped the teriyaki chicken with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Then the chicken was ready to serve.
I served my teriyaki chicken over some cooked white rice.
