Ingredients You’ll Need for Garlic Parmesan Chicken Sliders

  • 6 slices bacon, chopped ( I used Kirkland precooked bacon)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 ½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 6 oz Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce (½ the bottle)
  • 12 brioche dinner rolls ( or your favourite slider buns)
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning

 Step by Step Instructions for Making Garlic Parmesan Chicken Sliders 

 STEP 1: 

To make these garlic parmesan sliders, I started by chopping some Kirkland precooked bacon and shredding some grocery store rotisserie chicken.

 STEP 2: 

I dropped the chopped bacon into a large skillet over medium-high heat.

I cooked the bacon until it was browned and crispy.

 STEP 3: 

I transferred the cooked bacon to a paper towel lined plate.

I reduced the heat to low and added half a brick of cream cheese to the skillet.

 STEP 4: 

I also added the shredded rotisserie chicken.

I stirred the chicken and cream cheese together breaking up the brick of cream cheese as I stirred.

 STEP 5: 

Once the chicken and cream cheese were well combined, I added some Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce to the skillet.

I stirred until all of the ingredients were fully combined.

 STEP 6: 

I sliced a pack of 12 brioche dinner rolls in half horizontally.

I placed the bottom buns on a baking sheet.

 STEP 7: 

I placed 8 slices of provolone cheese on top of the buns.

I spooned the chicken mixture over the cheese and spread it out as evenly as possible.

 STEP 8: 

I sprinkled the cooked bacon pieces over the chicken mixture.

I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken and bacon.

 STEP 9: 

I placed the top buns on the sliders.

I melted some butter in a small bowl in the microwave.

I brushed the melted butter on top of the buns.

I sprinkled some Italian seasoning on top of the buns.

 STEP 11: 

I covered the sliders with aluminum foil.

I placed the pan in the oven and baked the sliders until the cheese was well melted and the buns were nicely toasted.

Then I removed the pan from the oven and lifted the foil off of the sliders.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Drop the chopped bacon pieces into a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the bacon pieces until brown and crispy. Transfer the cooked bacon pieces to a paper towel lined plate.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese and shredded chicken to the skillet.
  5. Break apart the cream cheese while stirring the cream cheese and chicken together.
  6. Once the chicken and cream cheese are well combined, add the Parmesan Garlic sauce to the skillet. Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  7. Slice the buns in half horizontally and place the bottom buns on a baking sheet.
  8. Place the provolone slices on the buns.
  9. Spoon the chicken mixture over the cheese and spread it out evenly.
  10. Sprinkle the cooked bacon pieces over the chicken mixture.
  11. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the bacon.
  12. Place the top buns on the sliders.
  13. Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave and then brush it on top of the buns.
  14. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning on top of the buns.
  15. Cover the sliders with foil.
  16. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the sliders until the cheese is fully melted and the buns are nicely toasted. 18 - 22 minutes.
  17. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and lift off the foil.
  18. Slice or pull the sliders apart.
