To make these sliders, I started by cracking some eggs into a mixing bowl.

I added some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl.

I whisked all of the ingredients together well until the eggs were completely beaten.

Then I heated a non stick skillet over medium heat and sprayed it well with cooking spray.

When the pan was hot, I poured the egg mixture into the pan.

I pushed the eggs around as they cooked.

Once the scrambled eggs were completely cooked, I removed the pan from the heat.

I sliced twelve dinner rolls open and placed the bottom buns on a baking sheet.

I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the buns.

Then I spooned the scrambled eggs on to the buns.

I chopped up some deli sliced ham.

Then I sprinkled the chopped ham on top of the eggs.

I sprinkled some precooked crumbled bacon on top of the ham.

Then I sprinkled some more shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.

I placed the top buns on the sandwiches.

Then I melted some butter in the microwave.

I added some maple syrup to the bowl with the melted butter and stirred well.

 

Then I brushed the butter and syrup mixture on top of the buns.

I covered the sliders with aluminum foil.

Then I placed the baking sheet in the oven and baked the sliders until the cheese was completely melted and the buns were nicely toasted.

I removed the baking sheet from the oven and lifted the off the foil.

Ingredients You’ll Need to Make These Breakfast Sliders:

  • 9 eggs, large
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 12 dinner rolls
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • 3 oz deli sliced ham, chopped
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

How to Make Breakfast Sliders:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl.
  4. Whisk all of the ingredients together well until the eggs are completely beaten.
  5. Heat a large non stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Spray the skillet well with cooking spray.
  7. Once the skillet is hot, pour the eggs into the skillet.
  8. Push the eggs around as they cook.
  9. Once the scrambled eggs are fully cooked, remove the skillet from the heat.
  10. Cut the dinner rolls open and place the bottoms on a baking sheet.
  11. Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheese over the bottom buns.
  12. Spoon the scrambled eggs on top of the cheese.
  13. Sprinkle the chopped ham and crumbled bacon on top of the eggs.
  14. Sprinkle the remaining 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese on top.
  15. Place the top buns on the sandwiches.
  16. Stir the melted butter and maple syrup together in a small bowl.
  17. Brush the melted butter and syrup mixture on the tops of the buns.
  18. Cover the sliders with aluminum foil.
  19. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the sliders until the cheese is completely melted and the buns are nicely toasted. 20 – 22 minutes.
  20. Remove the sliders from the oven and remove the foil.
