To make these sliders, I started by dumping some mayo into a mixing bowl.

I added some horseradish sauce to the bowl.

Then I added some mustard to the bowl.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well.

Then I sliced twelve dinner rolls open and placed the bottom buns on a baking sheet.

I spread half of the mayo mixture over the bottom buns.

Then I spread the remaining half of the mayo mixture over the cut side of the top buns.

I placed some shaved deli roast beef on the bottom buns.

I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the roast beef.

Then I sprinkled some French’s crispy fried onions on top of the cheese.

I placed the top buns on the sliders.

Then I brushed the tops of the buns with melted butter.

I poured some poppy seeds, onion powder and garlic powder into a small bowl and mixed them together.

I sprinkled the spice mixture on top of the buns.

Then I covered the sliders with aluminum foil.

I placed the baking sheet in the oven and baked the sliders for thirty minutes.

  7. Place the shredded roast beef on the bottom buns, spreading it out as evenly as possible.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the roast beef.
  9. Sprinkle the crispy fried onions on top of the cheese.
  10. Place the top buns on the sliders.
  11. Brush the melted butter on top of the buns.
  12. Pour the poppy seeds, onion powder and garlic powder into a small bowl and combine.
  13. Sprinkle the spice mixture on top of the buns.
  14. Cover the sliders with aluminum foil.
  15. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the sliders for 30 minutes.
