Then I reduced the heat to low.

I cut a pack of 12 brioche dinner rolls in half horizontally.

I placed the bottom buns on a baking sheet.

I spooned the chicken mixture on to the bottom buns and spread it out evenly.

Then I placed 8 slices of Provolone cheese on top of the chicken.

I placed the top buns on the sandwiches.

I melted some butter in a small bowl in the microwave.

I brushed the melted butter on the tops of the buns.
