To make this fudge, I started by lining an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper.
I opened a bag of mini Oreos and set 25 of them aside.
Then I poured the remaining Oreos into a large ziploc bag.
I used a rolling pin to crush the Oreos.
I dumped a container of vanilla frosting into a microwave safe bowl.
Then I added some white chocolate chips to the bowl.
I microwaved the ingredients on HIGH for 1 minute.
I stirred well.
Then I microwaved the bowl for an additional 30 seconds on HIGH.
I stirred well again.
Then I added the crushed Oreos to the bowl.
I stirred well.
I poured the mixture into the lined baking pan.
I spread the mixture out evenly.
Then I placed the remaining 25 mini Oreos on top.
I gently pressed the Oreos down into the fudge so that they would stick.
Then I covered the pan and placed it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
After 3 hours I removed the pan from the refrigerator.
I used the parchment paper to lift the fudge from the pan.
I sliced the fudge into 25 pieces.
Then the Oreo fudge was ready to serve.
