To make this pork chop casserole, I started by dumping two cans of cream of mushroom soup into a large mixing bowl.
I added some milk, water and Italian seasoning to the bowl.
I whisked all of the ingredients together well.
Then I scooped 1/2 cup of the soup mixture out of the bowl and set it aside.
I added some instant rice to the bowl.
I also added some shredded cheese and chopped green onions to the bowl.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
Then I dumped the rice mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
I placed six boneless pork chops in a single layer on top of the rice mixture.
Then I poured the 1/2 cup of soup mixture over the pork chops.
I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole for 35 minutes.
After 35 minutes, I removed the dish from the oven.
Then I sprinkled some shredded cheese on top of the pork chops.
I sprinkled some French’s crispy fried onions and chopped green onions on top of the cheese.
Then I returned the dish to the oven and continued baking the casserole until the cheese was melted.
Once the cheese on top was fully melted, I removed the casserole from the oven and left it to sit for a few minutes.
