To make these apple pork chops, I started by spraying the inside of my Crock Pot well with cooking spray.

I placed four boneless center loin pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of the pot.

Then I cored and sliced two Granny smith and two Sugar Bee apples.

I dumped the apple slices into a large mixing bowl.

I added some sliced onions to the bowl.

I also added some salt, pepper, dry mustard, thyme and garlic powder to the bowl.

I added some cornstarch to the bowl.

I stirred all well until all of the apple slices were coated in the corn starch and seasoning.

Then I dumped the apple mixture into the Crock Pot on top of the pork chops.

I placed the lid on the pot and set it to cook on LOW.

I left the pork chops and apples to cook for five hours.

After five hours I removed the lid and turned off the Crock Pot.
