To make these pork chops, I started by dumping some mayo into a small bowl.

I added some Worcestershire sauce to the bowl.

I also added some garlic powder.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well.

Then I sprayed a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.

I placed four boneless pork sirloin chops in the baking dish.

I brushed approximately half of the mayo mixture on top of the pork chops.

I sprinkled lemon pepper seasoning on top.

Then I flipped all of the pork chops over.

I brushed the remaining mayo over the pork chops.

I sprinkled more lemon pepper seasoning on top.

Then I placed the dish in the oven and baked the pork chops until they reached an internal temperature of 145F.

I removed the dish from the oven and allowed the pork chops to rest for a few minutes.

  • ⅓ cup mayo
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 boneless pork chops ( I used boneless sirloin chops about 2 inches thick )
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning

How to Make Lemon Pepper Pork Chops:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Dump the mayo, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder into a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
  4. Place the pork chops in the baking dish.
  5. Brush approximately half of the mayo mixture on top of the pork chops.
  6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of lemon pepper seasoning on top of the pork chops.
  7. Flip all of the pork chops over in the baking dish.
  8. Brush the remaining mayo mixture on top of the pork chops.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of lemon pepper seasoning on top of the pork chops.
  10. Place the dish in the oven and bake until the pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145F. About 25 minutes but will vary depending on the thickness of your chops.
